With this in mind, the Leadership Development Group of aSPire University ensures that our people are armed with the knowledge, skills, and attitude to become superior performers in the organization.
The Leadership Development Group is at the forefront of talent development at SPi Global. In partnership with the business units across the enterprise, we offer a variety of courses and programs that are designed to address the specific learning needs of our future leaders.
All of the Leadership Development Group’s training and development tools are built around competencies attributed to an effective SPi Global employee and are offered through four learning platforms.
1. Core Programs
Training programs aimed at addressing the learning needs of all employees in areas that reflect the company’s values, culture, and business imperatives.
2. Position-Based Programs
A set of bundled courses recommended for Team Members, Supervisors, and Managers that provide the knowledge, skills, and attitude contributory to the proficiency standards set per position level.
3. CGA – Based Courses
These courses aim to address learning gaps as identified through the Competency Gap Analysis and are addressed through the Individual Development Plan (IDP).
4. Special Programs and Projects
This includes training and non-training interventions which are outside of the core, position-targeted, and CGA-based classification that further supports employee effectiveness in the workplace.
5. Shared Services
These are a clustered series of customized learning programs and interventions offered across the PLDT subsidiary group.
