As Chief Finance Officer, Ian Wilson is responsible for the financial health of SPi Global and all its subsidiaries.

He comes to SPi Global from MediaQuest Holdings, Inc., a company owned by PLDT's Beneficial Trust Fund. As Chief Financial Advisor, he was involved in every aspect of MediaQuest's investments in media-related entities, ranging from broadcasting to print media.

Prior to MediaQuest, Ian was with PLDT's mobile telephone subsidiary, Smart Communications, Inc., where he served as the Senior Operations Advisor. In this role, he focused on mobile technology solutions supporting financial institutions. He also worked with other international mobile operators on establishing a new global industry body.

While working for Smart, he was responsible for multiple due diligence projects for both PLDT and the First Pacific Group.

Ian has over 20 years of experience in various disciplines including finance, operations, and management, and has also acted as Chief Executive Officer of Bigsave Holding Plc., Chief Financial Officer and Director of Metro Pacific Corporation, and General Director for Price Waterhouse, S.R. Vietnam.

David Thornquist serves as General Counsel, overseeing contracts, corporate governance, acquisitions, litigation, compliance and employment matters for SPi Global and its subsidiaries.

Prior to joining SPi, David was a Corporate Associate in the New York office of Clifford Chance (formerly Rogers & Wells) and an Assistant General Counsel of Prudential Financial, overseeing numerous securities, M&A and other corporate transactions.

In addition, he has counseled several technology companies as a solo practitioner. He has authored a number of articles published in leading trade publications (New York Law Journal, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Executive, Buyouts) on the impact of electronic discovery in conducting due diligence.

David is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and New York University School of Law.

Mike Beninato is responsible for the management of SPi’s Healthcare division. He is committed to delivering an unprecedented level of service and guides SPi's clients into the future of healthcare and physician billing management.

Mike started with SPi's subsidiary, Springfield Services Corporation (SSC) as a Regional Account Representative responsible for building new business, and was promoted to President and CEO.

Prior to SSC, he served in various positions of medical accounts receivable management with Palos Community Hospital in Palos Heights, Illinois. He has over 20 years of experience in sales and financial management in the healthcare industry, including hospital and physician practice.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago.

Rob O’Dell is responsible for the P&L of SPi Global Content Solutions division and the group's strategy and growth initiatives.

He has over 20 years of in-depth experience and understanding of the publishing marketplace. He started with SPi as Vice President for Global Operations of Publishing and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Operations for Publishing. He focused on re-engineering efforts that led to improved productivity and profitability while simultaneously expanding operations in Vietnam and India.

Prior to SPi, Rob was Vice President of Global Data Fabrication at LexisNexis, where he was responsible for a five-year fabrication strategy that led to a significant increase in the unit's operational efficiency. He also held other management positions at LexisNexis.

Rob received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the Bowling State University and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Tim Hardin is responsible for the operations of SPi Global's CRM Business.

He has over 25 years of experience in successfully managing service organizations with expertise in new and expanding operations. Tim has led several start-up and aggressive growth service organizations to their next phase of development.

Prior to his appointment at SPi Global, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Sitel Philippines where he was responsible for leading an ambitious growth strategy that increased the employee base from 6,000 to over 11,000 in two years.

Tim also held other senior positions such as SVP and GM at ICT Group, Inc., CEO at New Medium Direct, Inc., President at Digital Lighthouse Corporation and Founder of Market Reach, Ltd. and TeleLink Systems, Inc.

Tim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Florida.

Ratnadeep "Ratan" Datta is responsible for managing the global operations of SPi's Content Solutions business unit.

Ratan started in SPi as operations head and went on to lead technology for the Publishing Unit. He led SPi's India Operations, and was instrumental in making it one of the fastest growing units within SPi.

Prior to joining SPi, Ratan was a Software Consultant for a Content Syndication start-up, Blue Ripple Inc., in Cambridge, MA. He also has years of research experience as IT Manager for the French Institute of Pondicherry (FIP) where he built software solutions for research and led the development of database applications. During this time, he underwent training in Paris on Java technologies.

Ratan is an alumnus of the Indian Military Academy, Dehra Dun and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education, Pondicherry.
